The Spooky Chronicles are on Twitter… written by “Spooky” Spencer himself! He’s lightened up a bit about being the main character in a paranormal mystery book series (I think he likes the attention) and will answer your questions if you follow. He might even follow back (if you don’t mind being stalked by a dead kid).

Book 4 Title: “Greene Square Middle”

While I’m waiting for the edits of book 3, I’m not waiting to get started on the next book! Here’s the title, cover preview, and a brief synopsis of what’s next for Spooky.

The Spooky Chronicles: Greene Square Middle

Fourth book in the series.

It’s the start of a new school year (and a new school) for both “Spooky” Spencer and his buddy Donny as they begin the sixth grade. While Spooky’s suspicions of something supernatural pits him against a diabolical new adversary, his biggest challenge may be to overcome the most superstitious of all student organizations: the drama club.

First Draft Complete! (And Off to First Edits)

Whew! I just finished writing the third book! After a couple of marathon writing days and a few more to rework specific plot points, the main book is complete. This means I can dive into the next book (which doesn’t have a cover yet) while I wait for edits to push this one out the door. Coming up in just a few days, I’ll announce the title of book four.

The Spooky Chronicles: Schoolhouse Number Five

Third book in the series.

Abandoned for years and recently condemned, there is renewed interest in restoring Schoolhouse Number Five as yet another historical River City museum. After an incident threatens to derail the project, “Spooky” Spencer Lawson and a team of paranormal investigators make a startling discovery: the schoolhouse prefers to be left alone.
